Technical studies which allow measure the environmental impact and anticipate the adaptations of the project and the preventive, corrective or compensation measures.
The studies are undertaken according to the internal IET of Euroconsult SAU 26-01 which is adapted to the Andorran MI Government regulations.
The environmental impact assessment is a set of technical studies which allows the titular of the activities and of the acts submitted to this assessment and to the Ministry of Environment to measure all the environmental effects and foresee in advance, as a consequence, the adaptations of the projects and the preventive, corrective and of compenstion measures in order to ensure the utmost respect of the environmental and human factors,in accordance with the Articles 4, 5 and 6 and the annexes from No 1 to No 5 of “Regulation for the implementation of works or activities which change the current state of the ground”, dated on 25.07.2001
No activities can be initiated without previously having carried out a environmental study , which has to include the following criteria: Environmental Impact Assessment, Plan for the Restoration and Plan for the Surveillance:
