Technical studies related to the construction of new plants, the modification and/or rehabilitation on which it is based the foundation, excavation projects and the changes of the natural state of the soil.
The studies are undertaken according to the internal IET of Euroconsult SAU 24-01 which is adapted to the Andorran Government regulations.
The technical studies realted to any construction of new plants, the modification and/or rehabilitation on which it is based the foundation, excavation projects and in genereal terms, claims of authorisations to modify the current state of the terrain, as it is refered in the Article 11 of “Regulation for the implementations of works or activities which change the current state of the ground” dated 25.07.2001 and published in BOPA the 1st of August, 2001 (No 71, pages 1920-1930)
It covers a range of technical studies which allows the titular of the activities and of the acts submitted to these and to the responsible Ministry, to determine the degree of the adaptations of the project. These are subjected to the provisions of the regulation mentioned above, the acts or activities which lead to an alteration of the current state of the soil, such as:

- Carrying out clearings and embankments for:
- Building installations of new plant
- Urbanizing
- Agricultural or industrial use
- Works of amplification or significant modification of the layout of the buildings or existing facilities or with any other purpose
- Industrial activities such as rocky outcrops, quarries, gravelling sites, loans of material or landfills
- Demolitions of buildings
